Hotel appears elegant and staff very helpful. However the hotel hallways smells a lot like sewer smell, mix with the overpowering incense. The garden is excellent. No water Or coffee pots in the rooms!. It’s about 40min to 1hr from airport depending on traffic.

It’s ok for a 5-star hotel. Nothing really bad but nothing outstanding either. My suite was facing the street—avoid that if you’re booking as it’s very noisy even late in the night. The breakfast was ok; I stayed there for 3 days including Christmas but it’s always the same breakfast everyday.

It was highly recommended to me after staying my first night at the Sofitel. I consider this a presumptuous place with nothing to justify its price. The front office staff is condescending, unhelpful and the room average at best. Privacy between the bathroom and shower is a minimum for me and this layout was awful. I will never go there again.

I would have rates differently if the hotel were not listed as a 5* hotel and I did not paid top dollar for this stay: - Very inconvenient for a business trip as the internet was limited and took over 24 hrs and switching room to have access in my room. - Morning front desk staff is a bit “cold” and unapologetic compared to the helpful and smiling evening crew. - Pool is dirty (leaves and other debris) if you want to take a swim early morning or late evenings - Gym is a tiny has 4 treadmills and only access through the spa When the spa closes, it is no longer available.

Amazing experience at hotel le Casablanca, the rooms are clean and spacious, very quiet at night. The staff are professional , I love the pool and the landscape around it. I’m definitely going back with my family

The hotel is beautiful. Our room very nice. Large with balcony. Unfortunately we only had one robe in the bathroom and it took a very long time to have someone bring up another robe for my husband. We also asked for ice, and that also took 20 minutes. The terrace restaurant is absolutely beautiful. We went for late drinks and dinner. The food presentation was very nice, but the shrimp was very overcooked, and my sushi dry. The waiter we had was very nice, but he did not speak a word of English. We had questions about the menu items and could not get any information.
