"My husband and I spent several days at the hotel and can only say wonderful things about the staff. I had injured my foot, actually fracturing a couple bones, and they brought me bags of ice several times, delivered room service when wanted and the dining room staff was great. The weather was rather windy and rainy while we were there so didn't go in the outside pools but they were beautiful. Excellent breakfasts as well."

"THE WORST HOTEL AT THIS PRICE POINT EVER. I have never been exposed to worse customer service at any hotel in my life. The front of house staff begins the answer to EVERY request with NO. On top of that, the rooms apart from being small (tiny) are equipped with the worst bedding in a relatively new hotel. I guess tough sheets and tough pillows is a 4* feature. Oh and top you hear water or condensation running through the pipes when you want to sleep. How fun! I will never come back to this hotel, unless it’s in a nightmare."
