"This hotel is in a very good location. Close to Carcavelos Beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket. Within walking distance of train station, buses and taxi rank close by. The hotel staff are friendly and most helpful. The pool area is well cared for, cleaned every day. The hotel is clean and cared for, the maintanence man arrived promptly for any queries. The breakfast room has wonderful views, food very good, plenty of choice. It is so disappointing the hotel does not serve dinner and we had to leave the hotel to purchase coffee, tea and any other drinks, snacks and food as snack bar not open all the time. No drinks tray and kettle in the room as other countries do, fridge in room. For this reason I feel a 4* rating is not appropriate on tourist rating. I would happily stay at Carcavelos Beach Hotel again."

"Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur l’océan. La rambarde est en verre trempé mais elle était sale (dépôt de sel), sinon la dimension est très suffisante pour deux personnes. Là vue est très bien. Super staff, qualité des équipements très bien. Pour ce type d’hôtel on a bien aimé notre expérience. Sans voiture tout est loin, donc prévoir des déplacements en Uber."
