"The only thing that upset me and I know it was not intentional, but after my room was cleaned my door was left slightly opened/unlocked. I was a bit startled because I was coming back from the night out and just prayed that all my stuff was there, which they were! Please just let this be a lesson to the staff that cleans to always double check the doors and ensuring it is closed fully. I did inform front desk right away and hopefully the message was relayed. Sophia at front desk was the best! Thank you and I will definitely stay here if I am in Cascai again!"
