"The hotel was excellent, everything you'd expect from a first-class accommodation. My issue was with the service staff, who didn't properly inform me about the amenities included in my executive room. There were supposed to be drinks and snacks on my floor, but there weren't. When I asked at checkout, since I was only staying one night, I was told that when the staff wasn't on the floor, I could request them at the lobby bar, but no one informed me of this. I was very disappointed with this service after choosing the best option for my short stay. Aside from this, the facilities are impeccable, and the hotel meets everything you'd expect. I recommend it, but make sure you know what's included in your reservation and request it."

"I had an extended lay over at night in Bogotá and was lucky to find this hotel at a reasonable distance to the airport and at a really good rate. The bed was great, the internet fast, the room clean and efficient. Because of the time of my flight I couldn't try the breakfast, so no comments on that, but I'm sure it must be excellent. "Clean and modern hotel, in a quiet and safe area of Bogota, half way between the airport and the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including arranging airport transfers or other travel, as well as an early check in after an overnight flight from Europe. There are some options for eating and drinking, both within the complex and within a few blocks walk, if you don’t want to head into the centre. If you want to visit the centre, it’s easy to summon an Uber to pick you up outside the hotel. Breakfast was great, with nice views and a good selection of options, including fresh fruit. "
