"The staff was super nice. However l, the location is in a very bad neighborhood. Once you arrive it’s difficult to find the hotel. I was however impressed with the cleanliness inside the hotel, nice receptionists who was very helpful. The shower had no shower head, it just spurts out water. Oh, the bed was hard, noisy inside and outside. For the price, you get what you pay for. Lastly, it takes the hot water at least 7 minutes to come on. "

"I booked this with low expectations because we just needed a spot for 6 hours between flights. It's a 15 minute drive from the airport and it's easy to get an UBER. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. This isn't a hotel though - when you go in it says "hostel". We did have our own room with our own bathroom so things worked out well. Upon arrival we had to buzz someone who came from another building to get us in and there was 3 flights of stairs to the family room we had booked....

"The staff at this hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was with the system update when I upgraded to a VIP room. Unfortunately, the system was not updated properly, and I was stopped at the door for verification, which was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with my family waiting by the door. Aside from this, everything else was wonderful, and the staff truly made our stay enjoyable."
