"A nice hotel, staff generally helpful and friendly. Not sure why, but we did have to ask 4 different times before any milk was left in our room, not a big issue I know but a little frustrating and not expected for a 5 star hotel Room was very dark, however many lights were turned on"

"Nice hotel. Decent location. Room was clean. Bed moderately comfortable. Great amenities in the room. Quick response to an AC issue. Lobby/entry congested and not very welcoming. The terrace of our room was outstanding and actually why we chose this hotel. The view was meh. Otherwise, good basic stay."

The only note I would like to leave is that the rooftop experience was a bit overwhelming in that, being a paying guest I didn't expect to compete with non-guests for prime sitting spaces during sunset with views which we primarily chose hotel for; Space for non smokers would be nice."

"Great stay at a decent price. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning, working AC, good lighting, all the bathroom essentials, a comfortable bed, TV and wifi available, and a closet. Felt safe. The 1 PM check-in was a nice perk since most places check you in later. Very convenient location too, close to the subway and lots of restaurants nearby. Can't complain at all."
