Front desk staff person, on arrival, quite unfriendly. Room didn’t seem clean, no iron or ironing board in room; had to go down to a small room in the basement. Breakfast very good and when requesting something always heard and responded to!

It’s not the first time I stay at Alla Torre. Everything is perfect but the single room is a little bit small.

2 nights for work here. Rooms are good looking, old but in fair condition. But the cleanliness is terrible, dirty floor. The main problem is the phonic isolation, you hear absolutely everything. Terribles nights. Breakfast ok. Not very friendly employees but efficient.

Friendly staff, breakfast is basic as are the rooms but they are clean, well kept and relatively noise free. No restaurant but there two within 20m of the front door.

Best location in the historical centre of the old town. Old-fashioned small charming hotel. Breakfast good. Room was badly cleaned (layers of dust on furniture). Pillows not good. Over-all OK.

Convenient location with free first-come-first-serve parking (if available). Walkable distance to many stores, market, restaurants, cafes, etc. Close driving distance to small, nearby towns. Definitely would return for a future trip.

Good for a short business trip
Nice clean hotel, have stayed here before several times. Single rooms are very small but OK for a short business trip. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Very central to the town.

Nice taste of old and new in Castelfranco!
My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way to Venice. The hotel is located in the wall of the old city and our room shared a wall with the clock tower! The rooms are modernized for comfort, but the building is very old and interesting. Remarkably, they have a very good fitness room with dumbbells, a bench and foam rollers! (This made my wife - personal trainer - very happy! Which makes me very happy!) There’s also lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby.

Hotel Alla Torre was excellent - perfect position right near the main shopping and restaurant/bar area - we were very impressed with Castelfranco and all it had to offer. The hotel was very clean, service was excellent and a 10 minute walk from the train station ticked all boxes.

Color of skin issues
Very uncomfortable environment. When I arrived, I stood behind another checked in guest who was asking information about an online site. The receptionist and guest both looked at me and kept talking. They didn’t think I understood but it had nothing to do staying in the hotel.they could have paused. Then I was placed on the 3rd floor in a room that the light were inop. Waited again and moved in to another room. I went up and down 4x. The elevator is slow so 3x I used the stairs. I didn’t say anything to see if the receptionist would tell me that he moved me in to a smaller room. He didn’t. Now I know why this hotel is in the center and doesn’t cost that much.

Hotal Alla Torre was a great hotel choice. Friendly staff, generous sized rooms with all facilities, great breakfast. I would stay there again if I travelled to these parts.

Nice hotel for our one night stay
Checking in to the hotel was very straightforward. However, you should be careful where you leave your car during this time, as parking out front is only permitted without paying during certain times. Once you have checked in to the hotel, there is underground parking. The room itself is quite dated, although kept clean. And the location is wonderful, right inside the castle wall!

Supurbly located and exceptionally beautiful hotel
Castelfranco is an extraordinary place. Its setting and offerings are trully unique and special. Peopme are amazing. Food amazing. The hotel position and location was supurb. Staff suler helpful and friendly. The only criticism i have is that each room needed an iron and iron board for ironing clothing. The wifi was also not so strong. Other than that i kove the place and will always return there.

A wonderful relaxing experience with attentive staff who knew the area well. The buffet breakfasts were a dream and the rooms were comfortable for a family of 4. We had regular visits and found the bar area a comfortable and accommodating place for socialising before going out. The place had everything we needed, including pliers and screw driver to repair broken suitcase.

A day in Castelfranco
We needed a place to rest. This hotel was recommended by another hotel, and we booked the jr suite. (Did not see a regular room.) Lined with windows, viewing the brick walled fortress was serene and quiet. We needed rest, and this environment gave it to us. Breakfast was good. Location is central. Wifi was very good....we streamed a video.

This hotel is clean and the room was small but comfortable. The location is very nice. If you have a car, parking is quite limited and if you use the public parking in front of the hotel, quite expensive. The hotel staff is very unfriendly and not very helpful. I nearly reminded one of the desk clerks that I was their guest......

Great location, large rooms!
Our hotel room was very clean and roomy. There was lots of space for a family of 4. Location of the hotel couldn't be any better, right next to the old walls! Large variety of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes of walking distance. Hotel staff was also exceptional and very helpful, English speaking. Highly recommended!
