"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "Torre del Nera was a beautiful place. Staff was welcoming and due to steep steps, appreciated the electric cart. Good restaurant and I utilized the Spa whic was awesome.can imagine the beauty of this in the fall!"
