"We Did not stay I told the guy the room was totally unsuitable !! My wife Can’t do stairs and there were several steep steps Down into the room !! It did not look anything like the pictures on His web sight !!!! The place looked Dirty and rough !! Several neighbours told us some similar stories 👎"

"My stay here was lovely bus serve in to flour town centre just across the road, bus service up to Tesco and a little shopping area that’s a 10 minute walk away , all the staff are fabulous, will definitely be coming back "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room and food was lovely. The spa is quite small but nice. The only thing I would say is there were dirty cups and plates around the pool area and the service in the evening was very slow."
