Edificio sin ascensor y mucho ruido.

Después de un viaje agotador es horrible tener que subir tantas escaleras y encontrarte con una habitación que no tiene muchas comodidades. La ubicación es muy buena, pero la noche del viernes no se puede dormir por el ruido de los botellones. Y es además el picadero de las "parejas", que lo alquilan por horas y forman escándalos ya por la tarde. Lo único bueno es el personal, sobre todo la camarera de habitaciones. Pero lo demás deja mucho que desear.

be e b nel complesso carino e tenuto bene per la categoria di prezzo a cui si rivolge e situato in centro a Catania su piazza Stesicoro, nel complesso è pulito e confortevole, anche se comunque i margini di miglioramento ci sono sempre sia sul lato del confort che sul lato dell'efficienza delle camere con margini di possibili ristrutturazioni, comunque nel amplesso la struttura si presenta bene e ben tenuta anche le parti comuni del condominio

La posizione della struttura è ottima poiché centrale e consente gli spostamenti dalla stazione per tutte le altre destinazioni. Il b&b è per chi non ha molte pretese e sa adattarsi, il personale è cmq gentile e disponibile.

Excelente lugar.

Me gustó mucho el lugar, pues tiene una ubicación excelente. Fuera del edificio encuentras taxis, la estación del metro está súper cerca, la estación del tren también está cercana y no digamos los centros de interés. La habitación es amplia, el baño muy limpio y espacioso, además hay una cocina (compartida, claro) para que prepares alimentos si quieres ahorrar, esta cuenta con variedad de utensilios, pero lo que le falta es un microondas, es lo único que puedo decir. Los propietarios son muy amables, espero volver pronto.

Had a satisfactory stay. Hotel failed to inform me properly regarding check-in such that I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to check-in. Information regarding check-in should be sent at least a day in advance and not a couple of hours earlier only. Otherwise apart from no hairdryer and communal kitchen all was ok, clean, very central and at a good price.

pessimo

avevo prenotato tramite il vostro sito una struttura B&b su Catania dal 6/01/17 al 8/01/17. Al mio arrivo nella camera non ho potuto usufruire della TV nonostante sia rimasto in camera tutta la notte con mia moglie e mia figlia, ( premettendo che per noi la TV è un servizio fondamentale per il soggiorno nelle varie strutture ricettive) tra l'altro le condizioni sono pessime della camera: ruggine e muffa nella doccia e peli peluche e polvere nella camera, il tutto dannoso per una bambina di un anno e per noi adulti. Inoltre la camera è sprovvista di shampoo e bagnoschiuma in monoporzione.

hotel.com, le piège?

nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cet hotel car les aleas des vols (en avion) sur l'Italie ont désorganisé notre séjour. les réponses apportées par hotel.com ont été tardives et non satisfaisantes. cette nuit nous a été facturée malgré tout. plus que l'hotel c'est bien la gestion de hotel.com qui s'est révélée désastreuse et piégeuse !

close to must-see sights

We have very nice experience of our stay at Da Giani e Lucia. Due to low rating of the previous guests I checked at Trip advisor and Booking com and the rating was much better. Now we know we didn't make a mistake to book this b & b. The localisation is excellent, in the center of the city, close of the sights, shopping, the bus for the airport, market. The property was clean, nicely decorated and our room was also clean, comfortable and quiet (noise from the piazza may be a problem for other rooms). Gianni (I guess the owner) is a pretty young man, very efficient and friendly. The price was fair and the breakfast sweet, but nice. In conclusion, we are completely satisfied with our stay and recommend the b&b to other visitors.

広場の前ですので、観光には便利です。目の前にマクドナルドがあり、バイクの駐輪場なので、かなり騒がしいです。 また、カウンターには基本的に誰もいません。携帯に電話するように言われましたが、旅行先のため、電話が使えず苦労しました。

Dirty bathroom and patio, uncomfortable bed

The worst B&B ever! The owner met us in his beach attire which I found very awkward and unprofessional. He was rude and when we asked for Catania map he said he doesn't have it. We were showed the room and instantly regretted our decision to stay there. The room was old-fashioned, the patio and bathroom very dirty - cigarette butts and rubbish on the patio. The drainage in the shower didn't work properly, you had to stop running water midway and wait. There were notices everywhere with the orders to switch off the air conditioning and lights. Both mornings he would come to the reception at 7am and would start yelling into the phone and would wake us up. The bed was really uncomfortable and squeaky with the mattress springs poking painfully, so we didn’t get any sleep. The AC remote has been removed from the room so that the guests would not use it. Also he lied to us about the bus timetable to Etna. He told us that there were 2 buses a day, at 8am and 11am. Next morning we left at 9.30am, dragged our heavy backpacks with the hiking equipment in +30 heat to the bus station, only to find out that the 11am bus never existed. The only bus to Mount Etna leaves at 8am, end of story. We were close to tears to be honest. When we came back to the B&B, it was obvious that the owner let himself in for reasons that were not clear to me. The bins were not emptied, there was no toilet paper and the sheets were not changed. Overall impression of Sicily/Catania/this B&B - horrible.

Great hotel

Location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the centre, so very easy to get to restaurants, cafes and bars, and to see all the sights.. The owner was very helpful in pointing out things to do and answering any questions we had. The room and bathroom were both fine. If you're after somewhere to sleep and relax for two or three hours in between holidaying, this is a great hotel.

punti positivi: è centrale e c'èsempre qualcuno presente se c'è bisogno. il palazzo è affascinante. i mobili dentro della camera vanno bene i punti meno positivi: il soffitto della camera è troppo basso, la scala pericolosa è non c'è luce scendendo di notte nelle scale. c'è un mal odore nel bagno. La colazione non era male ma non corrisponde a cio che mangio (non c'è yogurt, formaggio o frutta).
