Great room for a fair price. Hotel upgraded us to a 5 star room! Great location next to the Cybergate Mall right outside the hotel.

The front desk staff is amazing! Special mention to Ellie. She exudes the prettiest and most welcoming smile. Also the lady with a short bobc who i assume would be a manager. The check-in was fast and seamless. The hotel was fairly new, very clean and accessible to just about everywhere i needed to be. I came back to Cebu, my hometown, after 6 years. And the proximity of this hotel is just perfect to the places i want to go. The breakfast staff are amazing as well! There were variety of options. And the guards on duty? Very attentive. One particular guard, went above and beyond to open a canned milk for me using his knife, which was greatly appreciated. I would stay in this hotel again when i come back. Highly recommended.

A little bit too far from airport, but not an issue. An ample supply of toilet paper would be nice. Otherwise the rest is excellent.
