Breakfast was included, and dinner at the hotel was excellent value: buffet starters, two dishes from the menu, and unlimited dessert. As seafood lovers, we were very happy with the choice. Breakfast and dinner were so generous we didn’t need lunch. Staff were fantastic — special thanks to Tati at reception, the restaurant team, and Francesco at the pool. Everything was spotless. Only drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room or the pool, so we used mobile data. Location is peaceful yet convenient, about an hour to Pisa and 25 minutes to the beach. We’d happily return in the near future"

"The AC and toilet never worked, and the manager wanted us to stay in those conditions. The manager forcefully grabbed my friend's arm and led her to the AC unit, arguing that it worked. In addition to her rude manners, she displayed a very aggressive attitude. A manager should resolve the guest's problem, not impose their point of view, much less with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I would never go back to a place like that."

"We had a new 1 bed cabin. It was adequate for our needs for a week, if a little on the small side. There was no storage for our luggage, which took up valuable space and no kettle to boil water for tea. We had to use the saucepan. However pouring boiling water from a big pan into a small cup was tricky. Manager told us Italians don't use kettles.pool was good and short walk to beach."
