"One of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed. They updated the floors and there is no padding.... you can hear every stomp and step. I thought the kids above us were going to come through the floor! Pool very cold and hot tub was cooler than a warm bath. Breakfast was horrible, no food out and dirty."

"We were in Cedar Falls for the AAU Iowa State Championship meet. The breakfast didnt have any breakfast style eggs (hard boiled only) no waffles. The hotel states the rooms are sound proofed, but they arent! kids were running up and down the halls at least until 11ish pm, when we had to be up and checked out by 645 am"

"Room was not clean. Toothpaste splatter in the sink... gross. I drop a piece of ice on the floor and cleaned it up with a washcloth, couldn't believe how filthy the floor is. Worst of all. Middle of the night a staff person opened our door. We assume to take a nap. Startled, he apologized and left immediately. Extremely unsettling. Breakfast was Luke warm-gross. Will not be back to this location. Ever!"
