"clean, nice staff"

"The desk clerk couldn’t have been nicer. The problem was the height of the beds. They were at least 3 feet off the floor and very difficult for older and short people in our party to get into the bed. They had no step stools or accommodations. So beware. "

"The fan in our room was extremely loud and rattled and the toilet took forever to fill up"

"One of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed. They updated the floors and there is no padding.... you can hear every stomp and step. I thought the kids above us were going to come through the floor! Pool very cold and hot tub was cooler than a warm bath. Breakfast was horrible, no food out and dirty."

"We were in Cedar Falls for the AAU Iowa State Championship meet. The breakfast didnt have any breakfast style eggs (hard boiled only) no waffles. The hotel states the rooms are sound proofed, but they arent! kids were running up and down the halls at least until 11ish pm, when we had to be up and checked out by 645 am"
