"This is a very run down hotel from the walls to the furniture. There was hair in the bathtub and blood on one of the towels. I could not stay. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The hallway on the first day also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and sewage, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom was dirty, there were no towels provided, and the Keurig machine was not working. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay."

"Missed the entrance due to unlit signage. Waited at front desk over 5 minutes with 4 other customers. Called the number they left to contact them when no one is at the front desk. Called twice and no one picked up. Asked for non-smoking room but upon entering the room had a strong odor. The room was just ok. First time at the Quality Inn and I was planning to stay at another quality inn at a different location the next day but cancelled. "

"The only thing we struggled with was getting to the hotel because of the location, otherwise everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The whole place seemed clean and well taken care of."
