The staff was amazing! The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The hotel is centrally located to the mall, restaurants, stores, and easy access to the highway. Two issues: parking lot was not plowed and it was difficult to park in snow and unsafe to walk on pure ice. Second issue is no business center or even a way to print boarding passes. We will stay again though as overall, this is a good hotel. snow and

Breakfast choices were excellent, staff friendly and responded to our issues. plunger stuck in the close mode, water pressure not great in the shower, shower head did not seat well in the pole that holds the handheld shower head, and the water efficiency toilet was slow to refill and flushed poorly. We didn’t really like the TV remote control, difficult to understand for seniors. Bed was comfy, automated opaque shades and blockout shade was wonderful. The full-size refrigerator was terrific. We also appreciated the opportunity to recycle in a separate discard bin within the room. Nice designed suite with bedroom separated from livingroom with pass thru door for the bathroom with access from kitchen area and bedroom.
