"Las habitaciones no están listas a tiempo. Te la entregan hasta 1 hora y media después. Ir a cualquiera de sus restaurantes es un desastre. No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría. "

"Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city,like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful. Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on my vacation near the beach and on perfectly temperatured surface? Lovely view from the window. You are living basically on the beach. Just loved that. Was sad to leave the place"

"The pictures were taken a longtime ago. Kitchen was barely stocked with really low quality silverware and we had to keep washing because there were very few glasses. No TV in bedroom and not enough hot water to take a shower longer than 5 minutes"

"Very clean room and bathroom/showers were lovely. Cleaning staff were prompt and friendly. Restaurant and concierge staff were very friendly and the food at the Mereva restaurant was above average. Especially loved the fish and shrimp tacos. Pizza was great too."
