"This is easily one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The owners and staff are the kindest people and made our stay one of the most memorable and special trips for our family. We can’t recommend going here enough! We will be back. Quiet, Clean, adventures in nature, bike trails, food and yoga were all amazing! "

"Los domos son muy bonitos para fotografías, pero la realidad es que están muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los días hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchísimo mayor que en otros glampings...

"The parts that were being used was well maintained. There were many areas not being used but still a very nice hotel. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Paco showed me many restaurants and things to do in the city, he was very helpful "
"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"This place is AMAZING! We got moved to their sister hotel called Mereva and got upgraded rooms because something was under construction in Alea and it was so kind of them. They greeted us with a smile and took our luggage’s to our rooms, and we had ALOT of heavy big luggage’s. Jose Luis, Oscar, Felipe, Jose, and Luis were all so kind and we all loved having conversations with them each breakfast and dinner. They were the highlight of my stay here. They made all of our times there so memorable. They always knew my friend wanted a margarita when she came back to the hotel and they were always ready to greet us with 2 for sunset hour. They are bilingual and spoke English and Spanish to us. They have cleaning ladies and they made towel animals! They were so cute and impressive! The rooms are so spacious and beautiful. I love their aesthetic. There are pools in the room balconies and a big pool in the middle of the hotel. They are also close everything we went to. I could go on for hours about this place and how great it was. We are all so sad to leave and the crew became our friends. I will definitely be coming back. "
