"We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The kids corner was magical for my four year old daughter, she begged everyday to go back there and play. The staff everywhere were amazing and SO helpful. They were SUPER aware of food allergies and would tell us if specific things on the menu might even possibly be cross contaminated. Will definitely return. "

Despite our last-minute request, the staff graciously accommodated us for the temazcal experience — something we will never forget. Pedro, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. He worked hard to fit us into the temazcal ceremony and helped coordinate taxis for our last-minute requests. His kindness and effort made a big difference in our stay. Our shaman, Miguel, was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel safe and supported throughout the entire ceremony. He took his time to explain the process and guided us through a deeply spiritual and healing journey. A highlight of our stay was the food. Chef Adam E. curated and prepared the most delicious meals for us on both nights.
