"The hotel is conveniently located in the Wet Edmonton Mall. It's very clean, comfortable large rooms and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay again. Themed floors are fun! "

"We have stayed here many times. The staff are always very accommodating and helpful. They do need to do some upgrades though. The wifi does not work on the TV so you can't stream or listen to music. Also the pool area was a little cringy. My boys didn't want to go in. No jets on the hot tub either. "

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained. It was a little noisier it that’s to be expected with a family friendly hotel that has a water park. My only suggestion would be to include non pork options other than breads. The first morning there were plain scramble eggs which was a great protein option, but the next few mornings the egg choice had ham in it with the other hot option being sausage. "

"The room and bathroom were very spacious and all new. The beds are very comfortable. I think we were in a new part of the hotel. The kitchenette was well equipped. The common areas are beautiful but the restaurant is not worth the detour. We stayed 2 nights and every morning there was a tour. I saw the staff of the restaurant overwhelmed by all these people... However front desk staff is super friendly."
