"Our room was very clean. However, on Saturday morning I found the room was missing blow dryer. I was about ready to walk down to the front desk to ask for one, when one of the maids saw the look on my face and asked me if I needed anything. Through Google translate I told her my room was missing a blow dryer. She responded through Google translate that she would notify her Supervisor at once. I barely returned to my room when there was a knock on my door with a brand new blow dryer! I was profusely thanking her for her super service. "

The valets took great care of getting our cars in and out, but I wanted to especially mention Michelle who checked us in Friday night and then checked us out Saturday morning. "The area is as very well kept . Including the landscaping, front office. Beds & pillows were soft & comfortable. The only complaint is my card key would not work consistently & twice I had get it fixed. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience for my 5 day stay. We’ll definitely stay there again. "

"It was clean and a beautiful property. Breakfast was confusing as it wasn’t clearly marked, but the food was fantastic. All of the people we met were very friendly and helpful. The only feedback I would suggest is to let people know that they will be waiting until 4 pm to check in. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in because we were told to have a seat and we would be told when our rooms were ready. It was 3 hours later and several of us asked. We got checked in around 4:30 pm after wasting a whole day of vacation. "
