"I am a disabled mom of two children, and I brought them to this beautiful hotel again because we loved it so much last time. Our room was really well sized and made our four night stay that much more enjoyable. The only thing that was stressful for me was that I needed a shower chair in the room because all the ADA rooms were taken. Prior to the stay, I was in communication with different staff members regarding the shower chair. I received inconsistent information whether or not this chair would fit inside of the tub. One staff member said yes, another staff member said no. Due to this, I was so worried the whole time as to whether or not I would be able to bathe myself! I should not have been receiving inconsistent information regarding something so pertinent. When I requested for someone to try putting the chair in the tub, I didn’t even receive a response. That was frustrating for me as well. I felt like they were annoyed that I was asking. It did fit after all for those who are wondering. Plus, they have a bar on the wall alongside the tub which was very helpful."

"We got lucky with parking but there didn’t seem to be enough. The tent cabins are very close together. Lots of noise. I was impressed with the accessibility of the bathroom and shower. We didn’t have to wait at all. Food was pretty good too. There’s linens and pillows on the beds and towels to use for the shower and pool (when it’s open). "

"The hot water in the shower both nights was lukewarm at best. When I told the front desk gentleman he said that was the best the hot water got. Also the hotel did not offer any water bottle filling option in the front lobby except during breakfast only. The front desk gentleman said we could use the sinks in our room. Sidewalks needed pressure washing and the showerhead needed to be replaced with better water pressure."

"The location offers great privacy. The lobby, bar, coffee shop, and pool area excellent. The buffet was great but you'll have to pay extra for omelets or other specialty dishes. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing in every single way. Had a couple of days that was wonderful. Highly recommend this place. It’s cute, the staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s close to everything, and it has out of this world beautiful view of the ocean with comfortable picnic tables and chairs. Nice pool area very clean. The rooms are super comfortable. All in all an amazing day and I would have loved to stay longer and will for sure come back. "

"The room contained all my basic requirements for a positive experience: good lighting, adequate garbage containers, a digital read-out clock, set to the correct time, a box of tissues, and a towel rack in the bathroom! Other amenities: mini fridge and microwave, very helpful, as well as a working tv with channel guide, thank you! Not so great was the full-size bed rather than the queen-size bed I paid for!"
