"Ive stayed at several properties locally to this hotel, and let me tell you. Nothing like la hacienda. This hotel is immaculate, no smells, the staff everyone at the front desk is awesome. They dont mind when my room key is deactivated, they check me in and out quickly, they are clear about the parking lot and having your tag on. There are snacks for purchase. This is my first South San Jose choice for a hotel. "
