"Definitely a struggle on a busy weekend to only have one working elevator, but we made it work. We had to get on and ride up, in order to get down. Unfortunately, this didn't work for everyone, but it was the only way for us to get on with our luggage to leave."

"The Fontana Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean, and from the moment I entered the building, everything felt fresh and welcoming. The front desk staff, along with every other staff member I interacted with, provided top-tier customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made my stay very enjoyable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, making the room very comfortable. Another thing I appreciated was the hotel’s convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can grab a meal, as well as stores and other shopping options within a short distance, making it easy to get anything you may need during your stay. Breakfast is provided each morning; however, I think there is room for improvement. I would love to see a greater variety of breakfast options and enough food available throughout the advertised breakfast hours, as some items ran out before breakfast service had ended. I would also suggest making the hotel sign larger and more visible, as it was a little difficult to spot when arriving. Other than those minor suggestions, I truly enjoyed my stay at the Fontana Hotel. The excellent customer service, clean rooms, welcoming atmosphere, and convenient location made my experience a wonderful one. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Fontana Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Fontana Hotel, for your great hospitality."
