"Everything about the place was excellent except for many people in lobby at check-in. It was so loud that you had a hard time hearing front desk gentleman. It was loud well into night. Did not get a good night rest due to this. It might have been bad timing. Lol "

"What a great find. It is a well appointed hotel with a super friendly and helpful staff. It was a really nice room and very clean. This will be the only place I stay when in the Des Moines area. A nice bonus is that you have four restaurants that you can walk to. A++"

"Great hotel! Very comfortable bed. Cold air conditioning. Friendly employees. We were there for an entire week and it was great. I was not feeling safe walking around after dark in that area. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there if I ever have to go to Des Moines again. "

"Check in was very fast. I requested a room with a walk in shower due to my disability. They called me, told me that one was not available. I had a handicap room with a shower with a bench ( it made it easier for me to get in). Nowadays it’s hard to get a very clean and comfortable room this one was terrific! The breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and professional. I would recommend this establishment to everyone!"
