"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Also, there were two vehicles parked in from of the garage, making it difficult to park in...

"Staff very extremely friendly and helpful. There were canoes and kayaks for anyone to use. It was similar price to some hotels but the kitchen and extra rooms were so nice to have. Like everyone probably says, it’s a little dated, but clean and comfy"

"The location is great and it's on Gull Chain. The property itself is lacking maintenance in numerous areas. Our unit was not as nice as the pictures suggest. The outdoor pool wasn't open for the Holiday weekend. "
