"Location is great and the views are amazing. Unfortunately, the bathroom door was broken and made it uncomfortable to use the facilities as it had direct view of common area. Also, it is dog friendly and the carpet was heavily stained and periodically smell urine. Won’t rent it again. "

"The best thing about this property is the view. It is very dark, old, damp and musty smelling. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Furniture in poor condition. This house REALLY needs a lot of updates. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher and a toaster. Bed box springs appeared to be 60 years old and were dirty. FYI, the linoleum in the kitchen/hallway was very slippery and one of us slipped and fell."
