"Excellent staff, they went above and beyond. I unfortunately experienced a flat tire and my son got a nose bleed while I was checking in. The front desk staff immediately helped providing tissues and calming my son letting him know it’s was ok and it happens all the time. She was absolutely wonderful. When I parked and got to my room I realized I had a fast leak in my tire. The front desk provided me with a list of local mechanics to help get the tire repaired and me back on the road the next morning. Restaurant on site was fantastic! Only thing to note is there are no elevator on property so if you face a disabilities make sure you book a handicap accessible room in advance. This may be included in the details on the hotel wasn’t aware until check in."

"Parking was super nice, had a nice and big smart tv and the shower was huge and water pressure was amazing."

"The room was updated but without a fridge or microwave. Private seating area. Take a fast shower if in a cabin limited hot water. 2 good restaurants right there."

"The staff was great and the beds were comfortable. The exterior of the buildings need a little maintenance."

"The room was clean with the exception of the floor. We were in a dog-friendly room so no carpet. The smell of pine cleaner was overpowering when we walked in. I determined that cleaner had been put on the floor but not wiped down after. I dampened a towel and started to wipe the floor. The towel was genuinely black after several swipes. It was gross! Secondly, the toilet was very wiggly."

"Front desk was not helpful over the phone when tv stopped working.. almost rude.. when approached in person he was helpful to fix problem was again rude and reluctant to help."

"I was having some issues on the way to town the lady at the front desk I don’t remember her name I was so tired from traveling she had some beautiful tattoos though. I came in told her my problem she was quick to help went above and beyond we got a few laughs at the front desk she definitely turned a bad day good again I recommend this hotel super clean rooms staff all was nice I enjoyed my stay a lot as well as good food right next door!"
