"The staff in particular was outstanding, warm, welcoming, handled a couple of things that came up for us with grace. The location is excellent, less than 10 minutes walk southwest of Times Square, easy to get there but not crowded in the neighborhood and plenty of places for eats. There is a nice rooftop bar and a nice little cafe next to the lobby area. They do not have parking at the site but there are two good garages on 37th Street 2 minutes walk from the hotel."

"Hotel is located in a good area and close to everything. Check in was easy. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The only issue with This hotel is the elevator situation. At times you wait up to 20 mins just to get to the lobby or to your room. The breakfast is pretty good however it ends at 10am. Overall it’s a pretty good hotel with clean rooms king size beds and cold AC."
