"We had picked the hotel as it listed a restaurant and bar and we had a long drive before arrival. On arrival we were told that the restaurant didn’t open at weekends which was a disappointment. The staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable however there was a smell of tobacco smoke that was noticable. "

"Very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception, with free coffee and water in the lobby. Great location, across from the railway station, by the Canal du Midi and easy walk to Toulouse downtown. Bed was very comfortable."

"The main thing to know here is that there is no front desk/staff outside of the hours of 7am to 7pm, although check out did not require going to the desk, so the impact was minimized. Room was decently clean and had what was needed, although it was smaller than similarly priced apartment-hotels in the area. Still, not a bad choice, quiet street, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, in the center of Toulouse, and furnished with a kitchenette, so it does the job."
