"Great location. Great clean rooms. It falls short on condition. Old door mats at main entrance, scuffed doors outside elevators, need to replace corridor walls. Need more staff at breakfast, need to have more quantity of certain items at breakfast, such as avocado, which was a long wait. "

"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"A large very busy hotel but extremely efficient methods in breakfast room even at busiest times and most efficient lift system i have ever seen. The sky bar does get very busy though understandably with it's great views from 27th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff too in all departments. Hotel in a good location with good public transport including 001 free bus nearby. Highly recommended."

"The breakfast was great, with a huge selection of foods. All organised, well laid out (at least 3 coffee stations), and very tidy. The staff at the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, with English TV channels too! I didn't try the other facilities. "
