"We had to leave after 2 days and forfeit our expense booking this property since there was no option for even a partial refund!!! Absolutely disastrously terrible experience! Thankfully we were able to find somewhere else suitable for the remainder of our trip. "

"Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable."

"My wife and I spent 5 nights at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods which were attractively arranged and replenished as needed. The variety was sufficient for a vegetarian diet. Our room on the 7th floor was super quiet and it was easy to replenish supplies. The front desk was efficient in arranging taxi services as needed. My wife and I have traveled to many South American countries and this hotel is as good as any of them. It was a very nice 5 days."
