"Dirty - we would back from being out and the room would be dirty"

"Rating: 3/10 I chose the Royal Pedregal expecting a classic CDMX experience, but the reality was quite frustrating. The hotel is relatively "fine" on the surface, but once you are in your room, the problems begin. The Room & Amenities: Non-functional equipment: Both the refrigerator and the AC were broken. Indifferent Service: When I reported the fridge, the staff literally told me, "Yeah, those don't work," and offered no fix or apology. Poor Maintenance: The shower pressure was very low, and only two out of the three elevators were functioning, leading to long waits. Facilities & Dining: Pool: I was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed/out of service because the heater was broken. Restaurant: The food was genuinely bad. It lacked flavor and didn't meet the standard you'd expect from a hotel of this size. Overall, the hotel feels old and poorly managed. There are much better options in the Pedregal area for the same price."

"Nice staff, clean property and comfortable beds. However, the free Wi-Fi was unacceptable for business travelers. This area is known for business travelers so to provide free Wi-Fi that is slow and unusable is unacceptable."

"Se ve un hotel muy estricto porque desde la recepción esta muy limpio y silencioso pero en ningún momento me molestaron o intentaron hacer cobros de mas, siempre respetando mi privacidad y estancia, yo iba porque fui a un evento de artistas y aproveche para cerrar nuevos eventos en los cuales utilizaba la habitación para platicar los detalles y nunca senti el acoso de los de recepción o malas practicas aunque se respetaron las normas se agradece que me sean honestos y tengan gente con criterio en la recepción, MUY RECOMENDADO ya que tambien la zona es muy tranquila y de tiene tiendas restaurantes, plazas y demás todo muy céntrico."

"The fridge in the room was not working. When we ask for direction or assist to something we always got “I don't know.” I received better treatment from the doorman across the street."

"Todo muy bien, el personal muy atento, y si pedías al cuarto agua o una toalla , llegaba en 10 minutos. Céntrico para el sur de la ciudad y el desayuno muy bueno. Si lo recomiendo. Gracias"
