"We LOVED this resort. The rooms were a little older, but who cares?! They were clean and had everything we needed. The staff was amazing and the food was good! When you go to an all inclusive you shouldn't expect 5 star meals, but all the food we had was good! Great selections at the buffets and never lines at the restaurants. It was a great mix of families and spring breakers. We will definitely be back!"

"Air conditioning super loud, someone kept knocking on our door and running away. Staff came in and cleaned our room even when we have the snooze sign up. Staff also seemed super miserable to be there working. Not very many welcoming or friendly people working there. "

"The location, activities, and property itself was wonderful. I really enjoyed doing yoga and aqua aerobics everyday. I wish the gym was bigger. It had decent equipment, but there was barely any room to move. Luckily I was in there by myself each day."

"I recently stayed at Riu Palace Mexico and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing—especially considering the premium price I paid. The food quality was far below expectations and lacked variety and flavor. I also reached out to the hotel during my stay to request a room change, but I never received any assistance or follow-up, which was frustrating. The room itself was uncomfortable—the “bed” felt more like a couch and was extremely unpleasant to sleep on. On top of that, the view was poor and did not match what you would expect from a resort at this level. Overall, this did not feel like a premium experience at all. For the price paid, I expected much better service, accommodations, and overall quality."

The room was in poor condition, with stained bedding, damaged furniture, mold in the bathroom, and general signs of neglect throughout. Cleanliness and maintenance are clearly not a priority here.
