"We greatly appreciate that Vincenzo was able to accommodate our late night check-in as well as a late check-out. We only stayed one night. When our flight was delayed and we had issues with our car rental company, I feared there would be no one to let us in the hotel but Vincenzo was kind enough to stay up to 1am and accommodate our entry.
