Beds are comfortable. The toiletries are packages, so might be best to bring your own products otherwise I found the value to be very good."

"I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. "It was a lovely stay. It was quiet and pretty clean. Nearby restaurants and cafes. The staff were also great and quick to help. Only small complaint is if you’re an early napper, there’s restaurants that stay open til after midnight, which can be a good thing if you’re trying nurse the Aperol Spritz or Negronis. They’re all close. Still awesome experience 😊"

"Hotel is not manned all the time, but the team are a WhatsApp away. Clean hotel but, state of repair in the room we had was in need of attention ( cracks, water marks, dents ) Minimal breakfast choice but more than acceptable. Location is close to main thoroughfare."
