"Lovely large rooms right in the middle of Taormina, but nice and peaceful once in the garden. Friendly welcome from Rohin and all the team are friendly and helpful. Yes you will hear noise from the street early in the morning, but for a couple of days, that's fine. You're in one of the busiest tourist spots you'll ever visit. We would stay again. Great value for the location."

The breakfast was lovely, buffet style and great coffee made to order, and special mention to the polenta cake. Host went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. Comms were great. "This is one of the last original Taormina properties built in 1908. The views from this hotel are amazing - Mt. Etna and the sea! The onsite parking was a little challenging but the staff was helpful in getting our car in and outr for us. Our room was on the bottom floor - which was ok but just know there are 76 stairs to reach the reception office and building exit. The walk up to the town of Taormina is also filled with stairs and inclined surfaces but since we didn't have a gym to use in Italy, this was ok though I wouldn't want to do it every day. Breakfast was good and offered a lot of different things - bed and bathroom were both acceptable and comfortable. All in all a nice stay and I would stay there again."
