Property close to public transportation. Had to request new door keys numerous times because they didn’t work. Road work prevented access to train station and taxi/uber rides

Staff and cleaning crew are top notch. When you get there, they may let you know that you won’t be staying at the same building that the reception is located…remember, you’re in Amsterdam…buildings are only so wide and tall. They had us just about three doors down in a room that was better than the picture online. I will never stay anywhere but here when we come back. My wife and I could not have been happier with the accommodation. You will love the location, the romance of the architecture of the accommodation, and I encourage you to open the window and look out at the canal and watch an amazing city.

The hotel is one of most unique I’ve seen, the decor is wonderfully detailed.
However, sleeping was hardly easy. Our room faced the back of the building, and the noise from the restaurants below was very loud. The windows are not proofed for that type of noise. Last night was a party that ended at 2 am.
At the same time, you can hear people walking upstairs in their room, and it’s really loud and bothersome.
