He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "

The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins. "

"We had a city view room on first floor and the street noise from the carts setting up in the early morning and the young people coming back from the bars will keep light sleepers awake. Otherwise, loved the staff and the location."
