"Emplacement très bien pour le départ de Salkantay Trek, il aurait été bien de prévenir que l’électricité se couperait à 19h.
Pas d’eau chaude non plus dans les douches."

"Good location, helpful staff, and clean rooms with hot water. However a loud hotel and can hear everything happening as well as light from hall entering room at night making it very bright. Breakfast was fine but a decent packed breakfast given to us before 5am for machu picchu departure."
"We stayed at this hotel while visiting Machu Picchu, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is located at a higher elevation in Aguas Calientes, which makes carrying luggage there quite difficult. I asked the reception if they could assist with luggage transportation, especially since several other hotels in the area offer complimentary luggage transfers, but they were unwilling to help.
Another issue was the lack of hot water in the bathroom sinks. The only way to get hot water was through the shower. The rooms also felt extremely humid, and since the washrooms do not have exhaust fans, the humidity would stay trapped in the room and make it uncomfortable.
There was also no room service available during our stay, and the hotel only provided very limited amounts of soap and shampoo, which was inconvenient for guests staying more than one night.
Breakfast was also inconvenient. Instead of having food prepared or available buffet-style, they make each breakfast individually only after guests come down to the lobby. This caused long waits, especially in the mornings when many guests were heading out at the same time. If you have an early train to catch, be prepared to wait for everyone ahead of you before your breakfast is even started.
The only positive aspect was the overall vibe around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the Ministry of Cult"
"The hotel was a good value for the location. There were minimal amenities and at times I felt as though I was in a hostel. The walls were super thin. There was no water provided without purchase. However, the breakfast was amazing and the location to the train and entrance to Machu Picchu could not be better."
"This hotel is a complete adventure, it’s beautiful and makes you feel so connected to nature. You feel you are almost touching the stars. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and really helpful. A must to experience if you go to Ollaytantambo. Not a place for people looking for party or going to town. It’s very far away and very difficult to access, so make your plans about going and staying there ."
"We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. We took advantage of laundry services and were able to have our hiking clothes cleaned before we had to check out the next morning. The hotel is in a nice location on the Main Street and near the hot springs."
"Room was decent if a little dated. Breakfast buffet was poor with little selection. Rubber scrambled eggs and cheap ham. Tables were dirty and had to find own cutlery."
"they meet guests at the train station , this is great
they offer delivering luggage to the train station which is great.
it is possible to have lunch after checking out between the return from Machu Piccu and the train, which is great"
