"Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...

"At arrival we met John, who is a true asset to the Ayni team!!! Coca tea was made while our paperwork was completed, then we had a carafe of hot water, bottled water and chocolates were sent to our room. Room clean and comfortable, everything is new.
