"The hotel is beautiful - food is great and staff are friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle took at least 30 min despite no traffic. The hotel is walkable from the airport - literally attached to a terminal but you have to drive out and around to come into it - hilarious if you're not too tired to wait:)"
"Very nice hotel. Safe and clean. Breakfast process should be better. They ask you the day before what you want and bring it to you. One day I forgot to tell them the day before and they called me at 7am. They should not wake you up for this.
They dont have irons in the room. They do have the service to iron. I sent several shirts and they burned a $60 shirt on the collar.
They are not doing these things on purpose but seem to not fully think about costumer experience. "
