They were very friendly and understanding. Costa del sol is to go hotel we we travel in Peru, Trujillo , Cusco, Lima. Very recommended. Friendly staff, great buffet, super clean. "Excellent service with my senior parents, great communication, i asked many questions and i got quick answers, i was worried about the sleepovers pods, about their privacy, it was very secured, private, with their own card key , I really appreciate it, they felt very confortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my parents. They stayed because they arrived to the airport at 6am and their check in the hotel was at 2pm. They were able to recharge after their long delayed flight. Very recommended. Thank you! "

"Very nice hotel. Safe and clean. Breakfast process should be better. They ask you the day before what you want and bring it to you. One day I forgot to tell them the day before and they called me at 7am. They should not wake you up for this. They dont have irons in the room. They do have the service to iron. I sent several shirts and they burned a $60 shirt on the collar. They are not doing these things on purpose but seem to not fully think about costumer experience. "

"They did not give the service, they did answer my phone call when I was in way to the room from the airport. They left me stranded in the middle of night. I had to get a new room from another hotel."
