"Location is perfect! The assistance behind the desk was the best. Giving ideas on the restaurants, calling us transportation and just being helpful in general. Fantastic! The breakfast crew and set up is the real gem with this place. Supper nice people, attentive and the food and coffee is wonderful. Hot water in the shower was a little weak.. But not a deal breaker. I had a little trouble with the room safe when I was sitting it up, but was helped immediately and had no problem after that. This was really one of the best decisions we made in our travel. Its location is literally 20 Solons from everywhere if you don't want to walk. There are a few grocery stores and cafes with in a short walk of the from door. It's hard for me to imagine that I could have made a better choice for my wife and I. Thanks Hotel Cusco.. We wish you peace and prosperity"

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We did an in room massage that was perfect. Our room, bedding and shower was great. We did stay in a room with a balcony that was on the main road, which is a bit loud. Location was excellent and easy to walk to anything you need."

"The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even when my mom wasn’t feeling so well because of the altitude. They did everything in their power to help her recover. The only downside was the breakfast and restaurant. The food was just ok."
