"Esta es la segunda vez que voy, y por supuesto que regresaría!! Es un hotel todo incluido y la comida muy buena en especial los restaurantes de especialidad los recomiendo bastante… realmente no tengo nada malo que decir, pues desde el personal de limpieza como los de recepción son muy amables y atentos, los animadores ni se diga!! Pero si me gustaría resaltar la atención de José Moon del bar de la alberca, entre los animadores Jesús, Gabriel, Claudia y las animadoras son muy agradables y tienen toda la actitud para antretener, animar y hacer sentir como en su casa a los huéspedes, en verdad lo recomiendo al 100%"

"Save your money and go somewhere else, even the quality of people here is very low. I’m writing this review while still at the resort, with two days left in my stay, and unfortunately, it’s been the worst experience I’ve had at any resort in Mexico. The location is poor and it’s the worst, you can’t get to the beach, because of the seaweed and how the their aide of beach is very dirty, they don’t clean, and the smell is stinky, while most nearby resorts don’t have this issue. What’s worse is the staff’s attitude—many have been outright disrespectful and seem to lack basic hospitality training, and don’t have the basic human rights. You pay too much money to be treated poorly. We were asked to join the Excessive Travelers program, but after the terrible service, we’ve decided against it. Communication has been a major issue; the night manager doesn’t speak English, and the translator was rude, ignoring me completely and speaking only to my husband. We tried to take dessert to our room to enjoy it later. and were told to use the bathroom roll napkins to carry it. We reserved a table at the Italian restaurant to celebrate our wedding, but still waited 45 minutes. When I asked for a window table, I was told to wait another 15 minutes, even though the table stayed empty during our entire dinner. While when we were late for 30m to the Asian restaurant, we were told that we missed our reservation because we were late?! It’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way, especia"

"Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets."

"I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while. All of this saddens me but may not go again as it is not pretty and the staff was working continuously to remove it. In spite of their many efforts it is not pleasant to go in the water either as it is constantly coming in from the sea."
