"The room had large stains on the floor the size of dinner plates. Two of three elevators weren’t working and didn’t even have a sign to let people know they were out of order. The breakfast is far too small for the large numbers of diners so there were no tables and half the food was out with 45 minutes left for breakfast, and they wouldn’t refill anything. No fruit, no waffles, the drink machines, etc all empty and the line for omelets was over 30 minutes long."
