"Spacious well appointed rooms. A nice balance between the facilities of a large hotel and the exclusive calm of the boutique.
The restaurant is excellent. "
"Room was nice and clean, the hotel is beautiful. Close to Big Ben and Buckingham palace, also the Victoria palace theater where we went to see Hamilton. I loved the view from my 10th floor room! The room looks even better in person. The king bed was comfortable. Also, great staff. "
"This was our first visit
We loved our time spent there so close to everything we spent tonight breakfast the next day. I definitely want to stop again. My children enjoyed the Swimming after I all the stuff for lovely and very helpful especially when we came in from the cold on our last day and there was many hot chocolates waiting for us thank you Park Plaza"
"The staff was very helpful with suggestions for getting places. We were allowed to check in early and the kitchenette was very useful. It's located in a very convenient area, very near a tube station and bus stops. The room was perfect for our needs."
"Our room was as described and was kept spotless by housekeeping. There were nice amenitites in the room such as water kettle for tea or coffee as well as a coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. The best part of the visit was the hotel staff. They were always ready to make you visit as pleasurable as possible. This included receptionists, housekeepers, door men/hosts Pervez and Milion, concierges, and the host in the Green Parlour in the morning, Joe. Those three men added greatly to our enjoyment during our stay. We were there for one week and will definitely stay there the next time we visit London."
