Great location for seeing the sights, very comfortable accommodation with the benefit of a well equipped small kitchen area. Staff were outstanding! Quietly going about their business, very polite and extremely helpful when required. Plentiful choice from the buffet for breakfast and well maintained. Cannot recommend highly enough! We will be back.

What a lovely hotel! We were greeted by a lovely young receptionist and an amazing welcome, with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. What a lovely treat. The room was large, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. When in the area, we will not be staying anywhere else. Amazing!!

Property was close to underground station. Lots of places to eat nearby and a park to relax in. Very clean building. Room was larger than expected, bathroom as well. Staff were always available and very helpful. Very secure! Breakfast was good and had a diverse selection of food and drinks. Coffee and tea available 24-7, fully stocked snack area for a fee.

The Staybridge was in the perfect location. We are walkers and were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see i.e. Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, Buckingham Palace as well as restaurants and cafes. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed and the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we ever return to London.

If I ever go to London again, I will be staying at the this hotel again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers to do laundry. After being in France for a couple days I had quite a bit of laundry to do and this saved me from buying clothes. The pub next door was great for food and beer. All in all, IGH properties are great places to stay.

The light switches in the room was mm crazy. It took me 5 days to discover the switch for the night light in the bathroom!! Regulating the room thermostat never got figured out in 6 days, but at least the ac unit was quite. No housekeeping on weekends is a negative. Breakfast is a winner. Location is quite good and near both bus lunes and the subway. Would go back there gladly. Good value for the money.

I couldn’t speak more highly of our stay — truly excellent in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was a real highlight, with something for everyone and absolutely nothing missing. We’d recommend this place without hesitation and will certainly be back on our next trip to London.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
