"This is my second stay at the Kerry Hotel Beijing, and once again, it did not disappoint. It had been a top shelf experience from check in to check out. As an American who speaks no Chinese, I am especially grateful for the ease of communication both in directional signage and personal interaction. It has been a beautiful, comfortable, welcoming experience."

"Very clean, Moderna, well equipped hotel within 15 min walk to subway station and 5 minutes to a lovely park for morning and evening relaxation and enjoyment with local population. Housekeeping provides anything you need, from cooking utensils to ironing board. The room even has air purifier, washer/dryer, and a comfortable bed. Good gym and inside swimming pool on floor 13. Some staff have limited English but others are ok, else use a translation app. I would stay here again. "

"I really liked the room that had free cute little snacks, coffee, teas, and water bottles. The shower and toiletries were very nice. There were even slippers for you to wear in the room. I was, however, a little confused about my room as I was told that it was in the building next door and it was not mentioned on the website that there were two separate buildings. The breakfast was nice. The staff didn’t speak that much English but used electronic translators to communicate. So in general I had a pretty nice stay. "
